Refund policy
We trust that you will be entirely happy with the Chudleys product issued however, should you have any issues with your order then contact our customer service team by emailing orders@chudleys.com
We will happily accept refund or exchange requests within 30 days for products which are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Your right to return faulty or incorrect items is covered under The Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, to receive a full refund or exchange.
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged on receipt of order. If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, send an email to orders@chudleys.com detailing your order reference number, the product's batch number & best before date and return your item to the returns address below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the cost of return shipping will be refunded. You will receive the refund within 10 working days. Processing time can vary between banks.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Notify us within 30 days of your order. If you contact after 30 days you will not be viable for a refund.
- Contact our customer service team notifying us of the fault, damage or incorrect item via the email address provided
- Reference your order reference number.
- Provide cause for complaint
- Include photographs of product if it is damaged
- Include best before date & batch number
